I did well in being able to deliver our group's message through story-telling. Story-telling will enable the audiences to relate to our contents or points in our proposal. We have also gave an overview of our content for presentation so that audiences can expect the flow of information. The slides was also added with slight animations that allow the audiences to see and understand the technical process of our proposed solution. I have also apply the usage of hand gestures to reiterate some of the important points.
I did not do well in terms of maintaining and spreading the zone of my eye contact with all of the audiences. Another position in the classroom could have allowed me to have a view of the all the audiences instead of only capturing majority of them. My hand gestures were slightly overused as audiences may felt that I was too serious in presenting certain points. My body language was also slightly stiff.
In summary, improvements can be made in terms of my body language and to use sufficient hand gestures during the presentation.
Hi Kerrie,
ReplyDeleteWhat you did was very similar to mine. I feel that there are a few areas that we can improve on and we can do it!
In view of your presentation skills, i feel comfortable with your hand gestures and eye movement and position as well. Position wise, its good but it could be better at the position where Brad mentioned. I feel that there are more non verbal than verbal communication skills that you can focus in.
All the best in your future presentations!
Cheers!
Hi keerie!
ReplyDeleteI wasnt there when your group presented in the class but i was there during the showcase! I like how you present the group's idea in a calm and clear manner. I also like you are very professional in terms of your appearance, eye contact with the audience, hand gestures and a good stand. Overall , you did a great job Keerie!
Aside from that, i also appreciate every time you gave alot of attention to the other groups when they presenting. It's really nice of you :)
Cheers,
